Shipping & Processing

All orders placed directly through our website have a processing time of 1-2 weeks for custom items. Fully custom signage ordered through email correspondence has a processing time of up to 4 weeks. Processing time includes design, production, and personalization.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping email with your tracking number. Please note that once an order has been marked as shipped, it is in the hands of the selected carrier (UPS or USPS). While we work hard to ensure orders are completed on time, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates due to carrier transit times that are outside of our control.

We encourage customers to keep processing and estimated shipping times in mind when placing an order, especially when purchasing for time-sensitive events. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability.

Custom Orders & Returns Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Each order is created specifically for you based on the details provided at checkout or through email correspondence. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for any reason after an order has been placed.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all personalization details, spelling, dates, and selections before submitting an order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed once work has started.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue AND photos of the damage (if applicable) so we can assist you promptly.
